
Jennie Pramuphol, LMSW
Director of Partnerships
Jennie has a Masters in social work from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California. She served at Cornell University as a Program Coordinator for Education. Her experience in strategic planning and implementation of operational policies led her to the role of project manager at an international sustainability startup in Bangkok. There she spent four years building relationships with international developers to reduce the carbon footprint of commercial buildings. She brings expertise in marketing and planning to NeuroNest Group.

Paul Krebs, PhD
Director of Research
Paul is a licensed clinical psychologist with 20 years of experience in research and practice in health psychology. He was Assistant Professor of Population Health at NYU School of Medicine and Associate Professor of Psychiatry at UC San Diego. He led research teams developing technology-based interventions for health behavior change, received numerous intramural awards from the NIH, NCI, CDC, and VA to support this work, and has over 40 peer-reviewed publications.
Sharon has degrees from Parsons School of Design and the University of San Diego. Her background originated in real estate development and evolved into design. She founded a cryotherapy company that focuses on sports injuries and post-op care. Her experience with injuries led to assisting in concussion scans for college athletes and a better understanding of the body and mind under stress.
Pernille Yilmam, PhD
Neuroscientist
Pernille (Bülow) Yilmam, PhD, is the founder and CEO of Mind Blossom. She received her PhD from Emory University and finished a short Post-doctoral Fellowship at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. Inspired by her own personal experiences, Pernille left academia with the purpose of creating tangible changes to mental healthcare through technology and psychoeducation. In addition to providing psychoeducation training to communities, she also serves as a consultant for companies, often at the startup stage, on the integration of biosensors and AI in mental health tech as well as an advisor to both companies and graduate-level students. Pernille is an expert on mental health and illness and regularly leads lectures for high-school, college and graduate students.

With a diverse background as a veterinarian, personal trainer, and nutrition coach, Pinky combines scientific expertise with a holistic approach on whole-body wellness.
Pinky's extensive experience in pain management and holistic health allows her to shape and enhance wellness strategies that prioritize long-term health, resilience, and overall well-being. Drawing from her personal experience as an athlete and spouse of a combat veteran, she brings both professional insight and empathetic understanding to her work. Her focus on developing comprehensive wellness programs helps create sustainable, impactful solutions that benefit individuals and communities alike.
