1. What is NeuroNest?

 

 The NeuroNest  is a tool developed by NeuroNest, LLC. NEST stands for Neuro-Environmental Sensory Therapy, designed to cultivate diverse sensory experiences encompassing postural support, pressure, and relaxation through multiple pathways. The development of NEST was informed by anxiety, deep pressure therapy and posture research, which demonstrated the potential of pressure and posture to mitigate sensory responses. 

2. How does NeuroNest work? NeuroNest Science is a simple.  Adjust the lever for desired comfort,  lay down, and relax.

3. Who can use NeuroNest? NeuroNest is designed for anyone who is having anxiety, stressed out, needs to focus, or just needs to feel a sense of calm.

 

4. Is NeuroNest safe to use? Yes, NeuroNest is designed with user safety in mind. It is designed with medical grade material that is green certified.  Nest is also not a drug or invasive.

 

5. Can NeuroNest replace professional therapy? NeuroNest is intended to complement, not replace, professional mental health treatment. It can be a valuable tool for self-care, but for severe or persistent mental health issues, consulting with a licensed therapist or healthcare provider is recommended.

6. How do I get started with NeuroNest? To get started, simply pick out music that makes you feel calm, adjust the pressure knob, and customize your experience with gel pads, etc. We suggest using our 5 finger breath technique to connect your senses, then lay down and do a guided or self meditation or simply daydream.

7.  What effects have been tested?   We are currently completing pilot experiments  with high school students and military veterans. who struggle with anxiety or PTSD. 

8.  Are there any side effects to using NeuroNest?  NeuroNest is noninvasive and hasn't shown to have any negative side effects.
